Refund Policy

1. Digital goods and services

Most products on TeacherLecture.com are digital: downloadable resources, online course access, or AI-powered services. Delivery is typically immediate after payment (via download link and/or Moodle access).

2. When refunds are available

We aim to be fair and supportive. You may request a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase (same product bought more than once).
  • Accidental purchase (wrong item) — requested within 7 days.
  • Technical access issue (you cannot access a purchased file or course). We will first provide support. If we cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours, you may request a full refund.
  • Material not as described (rare). We may request clarification to identify the mismatch and resolve it.

3. When refunds may be limited

Because digital goods can be consumed immediately, refunds may be limited if the content has already been downloaded or accessed extensively. If you're unsure, please contact us first — we will try to find the best solution (replacement, credit, partial refund, or support).

4. Subscriptions (monthly/yearly)

If you purchase a subscription, it will auto-renew each billing period until you cancel it in PayPal. You can cancel at any time, and your access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Unless required by law, we do not normally refund already-started subscription billing periods. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us promptly and we will review your case.

5. How to request a refund

  • Include: your PayPal transaction/order ID, the product name, and the reason for the request.

6. Processing time

Refund requests are usually reviewed within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
