Most products on TeacherLecture.com are digital: downloadable resources, online course access, or AI-powered services. Delivery is typically immediate after payment (via download link and/or Moodle access).
We aim to be fair and supportive. You may request a refund in the following cases:
Because digital goods can be consumed immediately, refunds may be limited if the content has already been downloaded or accessed extensively. If you're unsure, please contact us first — we will try to find the best solution (replacement, credit, partial refund, or support).
If you purchase a subscription, it will auto-renew each billing period until you cancel it in PayPal. You can cancel at any time, and your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Unless required by law, we do not normally refund already-started subscription billing periods. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us promptly and we will review your case.
Refund requests are usually reviewed within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
